Prospectus Berco strives to improve the quality of life for Pennsylvanians with disabilities by providing supports to help individuals achieve greater independence, choice and opportunities.  As a licensed service provider with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Prospectus Berco is qualified to serve people with disabilities living in Berks County, which means that Prospectus Berco is monitored regularly to ensure that services are being delivered in a manner that promotes dignity and safety.  While Prospectus Berco receives funds from Federal and State government sources, additional funds are needed to enhance the quality of life for its program participants.
