We begin by welcoming Donald Arnholt, an Administrative Director for the Reading Health System partnering with the Weight Management, Wound Care, Cardiology, and Cardiothoracic Specialty Practices as well as the RHPN Internal Medicine Service Line. Earning a Lean Systems Certification at the University of Kentucky, Don is a Subject Matter Expert with Lean Systems and an advocate for continuous improvement initiatives driving quality through systems utilization. Don’s educational background consists of earning a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Development (Penn State University), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Albright College), and an MBA in Business Administration & Leadership (Alvernia University).
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Arts degree in higher education, Susan Haldeman works as Director of Admissions for the School of Graduate and Adult Education at Alvernia University. A 2015 Leadership Berks graduate, Susan, along with her Leadership Berks classmates, received the Prospectus Berco Partner in Success Award in 2016 in recognition of the production of an educational fire safety video for program participants. She became a member of the Prospectus Berco’s Golf Committee in 2016, and we look forward to her participation on the board.
Brian Long works as a Life Improvement Specialist at Freedom Toyota for 10 years and is responsible in keeping the morale of the dealership where it needs to be in order to recognize the good things that happen on a daily basis. Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Kutztown University and serving in the Marine Corps for 6 years, Brian was also a 2016 Leadership Berks graduate and first started serving on Prospectus Berco’s Finance Committee before joining the board this year.
We welcome to the board Beth Moore, a SVP and Director of Commercial Loan Operations at Santander Bank. Earning an accounting degree from Elizabethtown College, Beth has worked at the bank since 1984 in various capacities and settled into commercial loan operations in 1995. She has served as a board member and Treasurer for the Berks County National Alliance on Mental Illness prior to NAMI merging with the Mental Health Association, now known as the Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance.
Earning the Circle of Excellence Award and the Hall of Fame Award from RE/MAX International, Christine Werner is a realtor associate with RE/MAX of Reading. In addition to her outstanding service in helping thousands of families meet their real estate needs, Christine finds time to share her talents as a volunteer. She volunteers for her church, is a member of the MS Society, and delivers Meals on Wheels.
Prospectus Berco welcomes back Mark Yoder, Esq. to the Board of Directors. Mark previously served on the board from 2002 through 2007 and was instrumental in the renovation of the 840 William Lane building in 2006. A partner/shareholder at Bingaman, Hess, Coblentz & Bell, P.C., since 1980, Mark practices general law with concentration on commercial transactions, debtor/creditor law, real estate, and municipal law. So glad to have you on board again!
